Huntington Beach Municipal Employees Association Endorses!
We received word today that the HBMEA has endorsed us in our race for City Council! With that endorsement is the endorsement of the Teamsters Local 911. Thanks for their support!
Computer Fixing and Training Weekend Fundrasier!
Dan Kalmick is not only a candidate for Huntington Beach City Council, but is also a Computer and Technology Guru.
This Saturday, October 4, 2008 beginning at 9am until 5pm at 5915 Warner Ave in HB (located at the corner of Warner and Springdale in the Liberty Tax office in the Petco and RiteAid shopping center), Dan Kalmick and staff will be fixing computer problems, consulting on new computer purchases and offering three training classes on (1) how to sell items on eBay, (2) basic computer maintenance and keeping your computer clear from evil softwaremalware and (3) a must-have class on Personal Information Security and Identity Theft.
Bring your computer (Mac or PC) in for onsite support and fixing, your blackberry or iPhone in for training and syncing help, your general computer questions for some one-on-one training or consulting, or come by for a class in the afternoon. First class starts at 1:30pm. A suggested donation of $100 to help support Dan Kalmick’s Council Campaign is requested.
